Historical architecture with modern features
Between 2016 and 2018, a historic transformer station from the 1960s was transformed into a unique hotel offering peace and tranquility within a vibrant green oasis amidst the city’s pulsating life. This project received the Renover Award in 2019 for its exceptionally well-executed and thoughtful renovation infusing the historic concrete structure with modern features, humane essence, and soul. The combination of preserving the old concrete structure while incorporating new green elements creates a unique atmosphere that makes your stay memorable and hopefully encourages you to visit us again.
