Below, you can find answers to some of the frequently asked questions regarding your stay at our hotel. You can find information about check-in and check-out times as well as the opening hours of all our facilities.

Rooms
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out by 11:00 AM
- You have the option to purchase late check-out when you book your room online for an additional fee of 295,-.
- Yes, you are allowed to bring your dog for an additional fee of 750,-.
- It is a smoke-free hotel. Therefore, smoking is only permitted outdoors where ashtrays are provided.
- There will be an additional charge of DKK 3,000 / 400 EUR for smoking indoors.
- Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
- The Wi-Fi network name is “HermanK” and the password is “Welcome!”.
- We have an elevator and wide doors in some rooms, so depending on your needs and limitations, our hotel can accommodate you. We are more than happy to help determine if our hotel is suitable for you. Send an email with your questions tohostmanager@hermank.dk and we will get back to you promptly.
The hotel
- Yes, no problem. Simply contact a host and inquire about availability.
- We serve breakfast in the restaurant during the following hours:
Mon-fri: kl. 07.00 – 10.00
Sat-son: kl. 07.30 – 10.30
- Yes, we have an exclusive cocktail bar, Bar Flora – Herman K.
Payment
- We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that there is a surcharge for some credit cards – however, Dankort is always exempt from any additional fees.
- It depends on the type of stay you have purchased and when you cancel it.
